What Magazina Connector does

Bilanc stays the source of truth for stock and prices. Your store mirrors it, and every sale goes back to Bilanc.

Prices and stock from Bilanc

Prices and quantities update in your store automatically, for the warehouses you choose. Only products that changed are sent, in batches.

You decide what changes

A price coefficient per product, price or stock locks, VAT and exchange rate. Products on sale keep their price.

Orders go to Bilanc

When an order reaches the status you choose, it is created in Bilanc as a sales order or an invoice. Orders that did not get through are retried automatically.

Cancellations restore stock

A cancelled order creates a sales return in Bilanc with the same items and the same customer. Store stock is then refreshed from Bilanc.

New items from Bilanc

New Bilanc items are created in your store as drafts, without duplicates. You add photos and descriptions and publish when ready.

Multiple warehouses

Choose which Bilanc units stock is read from. If you do not set a unit for orders, each order goes to the unit with the most stock for its items.

Three steps to your first sync

No developer needed. Setup happens inside the plugin or the app, in the admin you already know.

Install

The plugin in WordPress, or the app from the Shopify App Store. On Shopify you also pick a plan, billed on your Shopify invoice.

Connect Bilanc

On WooCommerce, enter the API key we send you after approval. On Shopify, connect Bilanc from inside the app.

Pick your warehouses and the field that links a product to its Bilanc item (ID, code or SKU). Sync starts on its own.

Several stores, one plan

Run more than one store? With the Network plans all of them are synced with Bilanc under a single subscription.

Every store keeps its own products, warehouses and orders. If you like, they all use the same Bilanc account.

Only the main store pays; the other stores join with an invite code from the main store and follow its subscription. WooCommerce and Shopify stores can be in the same network.

Each store picks its own warehouses, link field and order settings. If a store leaves the network, it gets its own licence and can keep a copy of the Bilanc connection.

01Which ERP does it work with?

Bilanc.com. You connect it with your Bilanc address and API key.

02How is a product linked to its Bilanc item?

You choose a link field: the ID, a code (code, code2, code3) or the SKU. Each product or variant holds the value of that field, or you let the SKU do the job. If you change the link field later, products are re-linked automatically.

03Does an order reduce stock in Bilanc?

It depends on the type you choose. As a sales order, stock is not reduced until an operator approves it in Bilanc. As a sales invoice, stock is reduced right away.

04What if a product is on sale in my store?

While a product has an active sale price, Bilanc does not overwrite its price. Stock keeps updating as usual.

05Can I run several stores?

Yes. With a store network, several stores share one plan. Each keeps its own products and orders, and they can use the same Bilanc account. See Multi-store.

06What customer data is shared?

You can send only the customer’s Bilanc ID: on WooCommerce with Privacy Mode, on Shopify by not granting customer access. Each store has its own isolated data space. See the privacy policy.
